How much does it cost?

There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if you will sell products on your website, the graphic work involved, and how interactive your web site will be. But to make things easy, we have included the prices and details for some of the common packages. Check out the prices here under Standard (economy) Packages

How long does it take?

Again, quite a few factors affect the time we have to spent working on your web site. These include the number of pages you are going to have, how interactive your web site will be and many other factors. We can give you a timeline after the initial consultation. We will need whatever text, images, photos, fonts, and logos you want to appear on your site, unless we are creating the content from scratch.

How can I pay you?

You can pay us through Paypal, or you can send a check in the mail.

We are Paypal verified.

Are there additional costs?

We will never overcharge you, and the quote we gave you before the project started is the maximum we will ever ask you to pay. But wait. Did you just tell us that you need other special features like social media, SEO, ecommerce, or something else that you didn’t mention during the initial stages? Did you just tell us that you need completely custom images created from scratch, which was not in the initial list?

A lot of times additional costs creep in when the client wants changes that they didn’t think of when the project started. Additional work means you will have to pay us more for the hours we put in, and the work we have done that you suddenly want scrapped.

To avoid additional costs, stick with what you wanted in the initial phase. A better way to do it is to make a list of all the features you want before you ask us to quote you a price.

Support Included?

If we make mistakes, we correct it – no questions asked. We also do help with any questions you might have. Please make sure that when we do work for you for free, you are not trying to use us! If something that falls out of regular support is taking too much of our time, isn’t it better to pay us for the time?

What about Refunds?

For installation of Content Management Systems like WordPress and eCommerce sites we charge 50% before the project starts, and once we start working on it, this amount is not refundable. After the full amount of work as agreed upon by the two parties are complete, there will be no refund of any sort – if your site is working properly as guaranteed by us. In case of any unforeseen problems, that we can’t help you with, please talk to us and we can find ways to solve the problem.

What about Search Engine visibility?

We can submit your site and web pages to the major Search Engines like Google, Bing, etc., (and some minor ones) and we can install Google Analytics codes on your site so that you can track the traffic to your site. Sometimes we do the initial submission for free, especially if the client keeps us happy. Once in a while we have to deal with over demanding clients, and we usually end up charging them for any additional work + offer no freebies.
